Adam Pagor is a baker living in Greenwich, baking hundreds of loaves of sourdough bread from his kitchen table through the night.
"When approaching Austin I sought collaboration. Looking to bring together like minded people and so we can all share our particular craft and create something really special together. The important thing is that marriage of the music and film.
All artists contributing as the film developed. Changing as the project changed. My only thoughts being to capture the repetitive nature of the bakers process within the score and creating atmosphere with variations. Quite meditative, quite simple and beautiful.
Austin not only externalised my vision but showed me its possibilities."

Austin has been part of our church community since he was a young boy. He started to play the piano in our main band from the age of 12. He has maintained a level of commitment and involvement for decades whilst developing his natural gifting as a musician and writer. Over the years he has written musicals that we have presented to the wider community, whilst directing our music team to new levels of skill and musical understanding.
Of more recent times he has composed an orchestral piece of work that was played live at the opening of our purpose built Arena. Austin is a hard working composer and musician mastering the art of many musical instruments. It has been my pleasure to work with him and watch him develop over many years.

Austin created something that surpassed all of our expectations. We had hoped for music to compliment our homebirth promotion video, however, Austin managed to increase the emotive impact of the video.
The music he has produced leads the viewer on a journey and builds anticipation beautifully.
He was so easy to work with and instantly appreciated the feel of what we were trying to achieve. He made it very clear from the beginning that he was open to feedback to ensure we ended up with something we were really happy with, however, we didn't need to. He got it first time.
